Transitional Living Supervised Independent Living Program

 

Provides housing boarder parents or apartments to youth (males and females), ages 16-20  who demonstrate a willingness to attend school, work part-time and are socially responsible.

 

Transitional Living Independent Living Plus

 

Provides a Host Home setting to youth (females only), ages 16-20, who demonstrate a willingness to attend school, work part-time and are socially responsible.

 

Young Adult Voluntary Foster Care

 

Foster Care to age 21, provides youth with financial benefits, health care, counseling and other supportive services to successfully transition to adulthood.
